The contact angle between the nut and the steel ball is 40 °, and the bearing DB type (back-to-back combination) design is adopted. Due to the wide span between the effective centers of the ball groove, this design is particularly suitable for bearing moment loads. (See Figure 1.1.1)
The rotating series screws are all designed with high lead, allowing for high-speed, smooth and smooth movement.
Through high-precision grinding technology, the steel ball smoothly travels along the tangent direction inside the nut, reducing the noise and friction caused by yang stagnation.
The nut and bearing sleeve are integrally formed, and the nut has a small volume and a large assembly space. When assembling, simply lock the screws and bearing sleeves onto the support seat, which is very convenient.

When the diameter of the spline shaft end or middle part is large, GAOJ-K will perform cutting processing according to customer needs. For areas that require piping, wiring, exhaust, or weight reduction, hollow spline shafts can be used in combination.
